You can request a return within 30 days of delivery under our unused-return policy. Keep the bed clean, unused, complete and in its original packaging, and email theceo@ceocatbed.com with your order number for instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, you cover return postage and original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable. There is no restocking fee for a qualifying unused return. This is an unused-return policy, not a used-bed trial; applicable consumer rights still apply.

What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us so we can help. We ask that visible delivery damage, missing parts or incorrect items be reported within 7 days, ideally with photos. This request does not limit your rights for later-discovered defects. Where we are responsible, we'll arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable necessary return costs as set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
